Intake and Case Management
Individual clients can meet with our staff to share information and work towards developing a plan of care during an intake interview.
Our Staff may be able to provide internal referrals to Society programs and external referrals to other community agencies as needed.
Referrals to other York Region Community Agencies
We have knowledge of several programs and service providers in the York Region area.
Whether you are looking for support close to where you live, or for a specific service that we do not offer, our staff will take the time to point you in the right direction towards an agency that can help you with whatever you are looking for.
